The product and the service from staff were top notch. It's easy to use and does what it's supposed to do. However the shipping experience was not so good, which turned out to be glitches in a new shipping and dispatch system. No notifications were received at all during the process. When the delivery arrived, the driver rang the bell and by the time I got to the door from the other end of the house, all I could see were wet footprints. Eventually the parcel was tracked to a parcel locker and after eventually obtaining the right numbers from the shipper, the parcel was finally retrieved. Through this, contact with Hippe House staff was good and professional.

I'm thinking of buying one of your devices but won't be for a couple of months. Tossing up between the 550ml decarb and multi function infuser and the decarb and oil infuser. At the moment I use the oven for decarb. Have tried to make oil but not very successful. Some questions: 1. Is 1 degree difference when infusing between the 2 machines going to make much difference? 2. What sort of loss of THC can be expected when infusing? At the moment I just throw in all decarbed into a cookie mix. Works well but at times oil would be more convenient to use oil

Honestly, all of our infusion devices work really well — so it mostly comes down to the design: ease of cleaning, included accessories (like mesh filters) and most importantly, the size/capacity you’ll need. That’s especially key if you’re making bigger batches of butter or oil regularly. Choosing Between the 550ml Multi-Function vs. Decarb & Oil Infuser: The 550ml Multi-Function Infuser is ideal if you want an all-in-one setup. It has more room for oils, tinctures and other herbal experiments. (probably the better option if you wanted to make butters as well) The Decarb & Oil Infuser is great if you're focusing mainly on small-batch oils and want something compact, precise and simple. Is 1°C Accuracy a Big Deal? It really depends on how precise you want to be, especially during the decarb cycle. A 1°C difference might not matter much when infusing oils or butter, but for decarboxylation — where activation of THC, CBD, or CBG happens at specific temperatures — it can make a difference. For example: THC decarbs best around 115°C, while CBD prefers closer to 130–140°C. With 1°C precision, you can dial in your decarb to optimize potency for specific cannabinoids, rather than relying on rounded settings. That said, both units maintain stable and consistent temperatures, so even if you're not aiming for lab-grade precision, you'll still get reliable results with the 550ml model — miles better than a conventional oven, which can swing 10–30°C and risk under- or over-activating your herb. Potency & THC Loss in Oil Infusion You’ll definitely get more potency out of your herb by infusing it into oil or butter, rather than just throwing decarbed flower into a cookie mix.
